Delivery

Delivery is to the UK only.

​

Whilst all efforts are taken to ensure you get your order in the time given, the delivery time stated when you place your order is an estimate. This is due to external delivery companies providing this service.

All our bracelets are handmade, please allow up to three days for your item to be dispatched. The delivery times stated exclude production time. 

Please note, during times of public holidays, for example Christmas and bank holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

Returns

We hope you are very happy with your order but if you do change your mind and would like to return your order for a refund then please let us know in writing no longer than 14 days of purchase.

Please email us on sparkles-jewellery@hotmail.com with your contact and order details. Please let us know why you are returning an item. We will then contact you with instructions on how to return it to us.

Please return your item in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. After this time we cannot guarantee a refund will be accepted.

Please note your refund will only include the product price and we are unable to offer free returns at this time.

If your item is faulty, you will need to send a photo along with your request to sparkles-jewellery@hotmail.com within a week of receiving the item. If accepted we will provide the refund and return postage.

If you return items to us, please use an insured method of despatch and proof of posting. We can't accept liability for lost or damaged goods.

Once we are happy the item meets the returns policy conditions, we will issue a refund.
